The story of the Muskie Lure Mullet Lady, and how she came to be: Right now I have only a few mediocre pictures which really do no justice to the mullet - but don't fret. Sometimes, when I'm in the middle of grilling my breakfast or lunch, she appears before me. Rarely will she stay visible long enough for me to grab my digital camera in time to get a good snap shot. One of these days though, one of these days I'm going to shoot the shit out of that thing. And it will be posted here in all it's nappy glory. Mullets for life...

Newest Update -08-21-2005: It's been over two years now since I've seen the Lure - I sincerely hope she has not died or changed. Don't nevah change baby - don't nevah change! Fortunately I can now afford to return to Iowa City for each and every home game this football season. I'm either going to knock on the door of my old apartment and try to recruit new Lure hunters to help maintain the page, or simply visit Mike's Tap like I always set out to do in the first place. I can feel it in my liver, the Lure lives on, and it's legacy shall forever remain. Check back sometime in the future. Long live The Lure.

Update -04-07-2003: Walters and I got some great new photos of the Lure, and I've also added a few "tactical" images just so you can see how we actually get these rare photos. Also, if you study the new pictures close enough, you can tell that the lure has actually grown some; also the bowl cut from which the lure inhabits has expanded considerably. Walters and I are currently planning a weekend infiltration mission into the Lure's territory; Mike's Tap. We feel that it is necessary to get up close and personal with this fashionable phenomenon. I'll keep you posted.

Update - 03-28-2003: Great news for all of you in the know. I recently spotted The Lure driving an Infiniti and dressed in straight up business garb...it was almost surreal. People with mullets don't drive f**ing Infiniti's - What the hell?! Anyway, if this blatant disregard for white trash policy becomes a habit of hers, I'll be sure as hell to grab a snapshot. Noich.
